London (Horn Observer) Somali community in London on Saturday protested outside the Ethiopian embassy in a bit to show their anger on the crackdown of the peaceful demonstrators in the town of Baidoa and the violations committed by the Ethiopian troops.

The Ethiopian troops in Baidoa arrested Muktar Roobow in Baidoa early this month leading tensions and violence that killed at least a dozen and wounded dozens..

The demonstrators were holding posters which read, "Ethiopian government hands off Somalia” another poster read, "Ethiopian troops are criminals who are gang raping our women and killing our civilian population”

The protestors also called for the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of the Ethiopian troops from Somalia.

Some of Ethiopian troops are part of the African Union mission of Somalia, but large number of Ethiopian troops are not part of AMISOM troops and are staying in Somalia for unspecified reasons or occupation forces
